naming conventions for core extensions #5558

some core extensions have 'druid' in front of them, eg:

some dont, eg:

it would be useful to have 1 naming convention for all core extensions.

if there is no convention, then atleast the directory in the source code for the extension should match the extension name. Eg druid-s3-extensions is currently in extensions-core\s3-extensions dir, instead of extensions-core\druid-s3-extensions
