Issue Details

brush behaves strangely when using large datasets

Expected Behavior

• when selecting data points with brush, the data points should always be visible so that I can see which points I am selecting
• the styles specified in the "outBrush/inBrush" properties should be applied after I have made a selection

Current Behavior

• when using large datasets, the data points are re-rendered with every mouse movement while I am making a selection; they flicker while I am selecting a rectangle
• when using large datasets, the "outBrush/inBrush" styles are only applied when I zoom in far enough; it seems like there is a limitation like "only apply the styles if there are no more than 2,000 points currently visible in the chart"

I would appreciate any help / workaround I could use to fix this.
