Drop IRC as a contact method #166

Remove references to IRC/FreeNode channel '#fluo' in our contact information. It hasn't been used in months and the channel was deregistered.

I deregistered the channel after realizing I was the only person who regularly joined it, and there had been no meaningful activity since October 2017, when I started watching it. We can re-register if we really want to keep it.
