Add animation effects to Fury website for enhanced user experience.The code has been successfully merged . Add Faq docs to Fury website.

emm, seems the issue list can reflect all faq in https://github.com/apache/fury/issues/1793. I prefer not add this to website. Maybe we can provide a new document which list some common questions which users came across.

But currently, I prefer removing faq from the website
