docs: translate java guide documention. #170

I am learning English and may not be on point with some of the translations, so if you find some translation issues, please point them out. I will revise it as soon as possible, tks.

Hi @yuluo-yx , thanks for your hard work, this is not easy. I noticed some english document is not right, I revised chinese version,, would you like to help update it?

And specification documents are unnecessary to translate, it's planned for fury developers only, users don't have to look at it.
