[Improvement] Document miminium OS requirments and suggested Docker Hub setting #15

Find out the minimum OS requirements for the playground and suggested configuration for it to start correctly. Also, suggest a configuration for the number of cores and HD size for Docker Hub (if used).

Tried to start the playground on a 2.3 Gzh Quad Core i7 16GB MacBook Pro running Ventura 13.4 2020 model. Playground failed to start with "dependency failed to start: container playground-gravitino is unhealthy".

The machine was missing wget, once that was installed the playground was able to run, but these would probably be minimum specs, it's unlikely to run on something with 8GB of memory as 13GB of memory was used.
