[Improvement] Support the rest catalog backend for lakehouse-iceberg catalog #1213

What would you like to be improved?

Now, we supported jdbc and hive backend for lakehouse-iceberg catalog. We should support rest backend for lakehouse-iceberg, too.

How should we improve?
