[Subtask] test and integrate Iceberg REST server with cloud ventors #4060

Describe the subtask

For cloud users , they store data in S3, GCS etcs not HDFS, Ideally we may needn't do extra work as Iceberg provides FileIO abstract, we should test it and add some document.
