[BUG] 1.4.0 version configuration Feishu robot alarm error #1232

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

类似 #976 ，看到写了bug，但是又关闭issue了。现在在1.4.0版本仍有这个问题 image

Expected Behavior

如同选择webhook方式那样成功生效
