[Task] <Single item added reuse operation> #1727

Description

监控、阈值规则，在增加多项时，很多内容其实是相同的，我只需要修改名称和其中的一部分。目前只能创建新的项需要全部填写，在增加多项时操作比较繁琐。希望增加复用按钮选项，快速创建。

Description

Monitoring and threshold rules, when adding multiple items, many of the contents are actually the same. I only need to modify the name and part of it. Currently, you can only create new items and need to fill them all in. When adding multiple items, the operation is more cumbersome. I hope to add reuse button options for quick creation.

When reusing a single item, only the name of the single item is modified, and other contents are retained to facilitate quick modification.
