[Feature Request]: Google Sheets Transform: Proxy Settings #3563

What would you like to happen?

Hey guys

We at De Bortoli Wines are long time users of Pentaho PDI and are transitioning toward Apache Hop. We heavily rely on the Google Sheets plugin and we've noticed that the Apache Hop fork of the plugin lacks proxy settings support, a vital feature for our environment.

We've previously worked with a third-party, Bizcubed, to add proxy settings to the Pentaho PDI version and would like to contribute this enhancement to the Apache Hop Google Sheets plugin. We are prepared to make the necessary modifications and submit a pull request to seamlessly integrate proxy settings.

Here is our fork of the Pentaho PDI plugin.
