[Task]: Some documentation pages do not have a title #4545

What needs to happen?

There are a couple of pages in our docs that do not have a heading 1. This causes the page to not have a title making tracking our statistics harder. Best way I could find to find these pages is https://www.google.com/search?q=site%3A+hop.apache.org+%2B+untitled

@hansva , I can see close to 40 pages where the title starts with Untitled only in User Manual documentation in different sections like Getting Started, Workflows, How-to guides etc.
