Add a link to the Documentation for the Golang implementation of Iceberg for the iceberg.apache.org website.

Personally I'd be in favor of just adding those getting started steps to the README which would then get picked up by the pkg.go.dev page for it automatically :smile:

@zeroshade That also works for me 👍 Each language/project is different and we should place the docs where folks expect it :)
