IGNITE-23333 СDC is no longer experimental

1) Removed information from the documentation that CDC is experimental feature. 2) Removed the @IgniteExperimental annotation from the CDC code. 3) Fixed tests for checking control.sh help command. 4) Made changes to ignite-extentions https://github.com/apache/ignite-extensions/pull/290
