[Feature Request] First time sync for Elastic Search #207

As the title states, if like us, you imported a bunch of data in to apache answers and would like to use elasticsearch you cant - as there is no way of getting the data across for the first time

(As a side note, i started writing a sync function to handle this, but had no way of testing as it did not let me compile it into my install of apache answers - so i gave up :( )
