Thanks for the contribution！

The animation effect does not bring obvious improvement in experience but instead causes the homepage content to focus slowly.

Secondly, you have this PR inside, causing an extra scroll bar on the page, which has a very visual impact.

All that being said, I would disagree with this PR！
