Question/Answer Translator #1154

I've been trying to create a new plugin for Apache Answer that gives the user the option to translate the question in case it is in a language he does not understand, for example a HTML Select that has many different languages and when the user selects a language it automatically translates the full question/answer for the user. Is this possible?

I think it's doable.

And I recommend that users click the translate button before translating the text, as Twitter does.
