Rationale for this change

Currently, the unit test is not run in the ci, and that is unacceptable.

What changes are included in this PR?

Make ci run the unit tests;
Fix some broken unit tests;
Ignore some complex unit tests;

Are there any user-facing changes?

None

How does this change test

By the existing UT.
