I think that all the English pages available on the website have been translated. Looking in git, I see that there is Chinese content in the following directories:

• content/en/docs/changelog/
• content/en/docs/guides/
• content/en/docs/quickstart/
• content/en/docs/performance/

Should the pages in these directories be translated into English, or are they merely legacy content that will be dropped?

• content/en/docs/changelog/ (yep, just hide/drop outdated files, no need to translate others)
• content/en/docs/guides/ (can't find the chinese content, could u give me the relative url?)
• content/en/docs/quickstart/ (studio & graphx are outdated, no need to translate)
• content/en/docs/performance/ (long time outdated could be drop/hide, no need to translate)

and this rest-api page need translate (just one line left )
