doc: translation of the community page

The language switch（cn & en） only applies to the content under_index.mdfiles in content/en/community & content/cn/community, while other parts of the page remain unchanged.

How can I translate other parts of the page? (seems they are set in the HTML template already)

Thanks for the feedback, seems a little strange, @lionztt do u know why the community page can't override well in different lang?

Or we could ignore it until the new website done?
