EPIC - kogito-examples assesment and fix for delivery

We need to pass a check list about the kogito-examples to polish some bits

• mvn clean install -P container should work
• should provide environment with docker compose
• should provide proper readme stating what it does and how start the example
• should not depend on any managed dependency from parent pom (the test for this is to remove the parent and try to compile things)
• we should revisit what needs to be shipped.

@elguardian fyi there is this stale PR [1] in examples which seems to be related to 4th bullet point from the top
