Write KIE Sandbox Architecture & Ops documentation #427

Originally proposed by @porcelli.

The KIE Sandbox is a new paradigm for a web tool, it relies on local user browser to store data. Basically all its data could be considered ephemeral.

Ops teams and Enterprise Architects would need some Ops and Architecture docs to better understand how it works and what are the Ops requirements.

Any idea where we can publish such documents? Markdowns on kiegroup/kie-tools would be my suggestion.

On KIE Tools, we don't have any setup for AsciiDoc now... Should we use https://github.com/kiegroup/kogito-docs? cc @LightGuard

I don't think there's any docs for KIE Sandbox in the community docs right now :/ So yeah, nothing was done here...
