Consolidating FEEL as an expression language for BPMN in Kogito #865

the idea is to allow FEEL expression in any place we do accept expression in BPMN

@elguardian That seems like a nice improvement... do you have more details somewhere? I'm asking because I'm already planning for the new BPMN Editor, and knowing upfront what places do accept expressions in BPMN will help a lot. Also, if there's any especial functions we'd introduce in FEEL for BPMN, that would be good to know.. Thanks!

@tiagobento there quite a few places but first I need to push this through the chain. BPMN, FEEL and DMN are the way to go in the future.
