lists.a.o does not report JS errors that prevent display #216

JS errors aren't displayed to the user. You don't know if there was an issue loading or not.

Errors in the lists.a.o service need to be reported to PonEE directly. They are a 3rd party service, not a host over whom the ASF might have some control.

I was instructed by PonEE to put UI related tickets into GH Issues.
