[Proposal] StreamPark version release 2.1.2 #3263

Description

Recently, we are preparing to release version 2.1.2, which is a bug-fix version. We have fixed some bugs and improvements reported by users:

Bug fixed:

Fixed a bug where Flink sql batch-mode is not supported in some versions.
Improved ThreadStackSize parameter in the startup script.
Improved Flink version validation (adapted to Huawei/Tencent Cloud Flink).
Fixed a bug in the Flink on YARN URL.
Fixed a bug in job status remapping.

Flink 1.18 support

The Flink 1.18 version is about to be officially released, and we plan to complete the release streampark version of 2.1.2 within two weeks. 🚀
