[Improve] remove registry module #4122

This PR aims to revert PR-4122. We discovered that the code in PR-4122 was copied from Apache DolphinScheduler and not announce this copy, which violates the Apache License specifications. So, we are revert PR-4122. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
