Is DCAP actually supported? #726

So I have been trying to deploy Apache Teaclave using DCAP instead of EPID for attestation for some time, and I have not been able to actually make it work. So I was wondering if it is in fact properly supported. Has it been tested under any configuration and environment and it deployed successfully? If the answer is yes, what was the environment and configuration under which it worked?
