Support integration with Apache Paimon #275

Apache Paimon is a streaming data lake platform that supports high-speed data ingestion, change data tracking and efficient real-time analytics. OneTable could adopt Paimon table format for streaming lakehouse.

@the-other-tim-brown, does the community have the slack channel? IMO, we could work together in slack channel to discuss the integration with Paimon.

@coolderli there are no updates as of now. If you are familiar with Paimon, we can work together to add support to the project.
