generate_settings.py fails to detect *.ezmd files #6

The script is supposed to add the asfreader plugin if it detects and *.ezmd files.

However, it does not do so, because it starts looking in the directory which contains the script, rather than the directory which contains pelicanconf.yaml

We already know the three sites this impacts. Easy to do manually, rather than fix the scripts.
