'jmeter' and 'nongui.sh' not executable #836

Martin Ramshaw (Bug 8450): In the 2002-04-23 nightly build, these script files in the /bin directory are not executable by default (granted, it's trivial to 'chmod +x' them), while other script files are.

My CVS book indicates that the easiest way to correct this is to change the permissions of these components in the CVS repository.

Jordi Salvat i Alabart (migrated from Bugzilla): Marking all bugs RESOLVED before JMeter 1.8's release date as VERIFIED. Yes, it's pretty poor QA procedure, but there's bugs here lingering since JMeter 1.6, and we need to clean up a little.
