Document use cases for Apache Kibble #8

It would be awesome if we could have some documented use cases for Kibble. Who needs it, what can they gain from using Kibble, all that stuff.

This would be a good issue for people wanting to start contributing to the project.

Awesome! :) If you could look at #9, I have outlined the basics to getting started with a document.
