[Bug] kill the data service in the query, resubmit, and the result set returned by the new task is abnormal

Steps to reproduce

1. Query data service
2. Stop the data service
3. Immediately initiate data service query again

4. View the result set，and will find return two result sets

   1、查询数据服务 2、kill任务 3、立刻再次查询该数据服务 4、查看结果集，会发现返回两个结果集，其中结果集1是前一个被kill任务的异常数据（图一） 5、提交scala任务后模拟上述操作，即提交任务-kill-立马再次发起-查看结果集，发现多返回一行数据（图二） 如下：

Expected behavior

After the task is successfully executed, the returned result set data is correct
