Now there are too many Linkis services, and ECP is responsible for managing the materials of EngineConn. As a management service, it is better to merge it into the LinkisManager service. 现在Linkis服务过多，而ECP负责管理EngineConn的物料，作为管理服务，建议合并到LinkisManager服务更好

Merge ECP and LinkisManager services, modify the call of LinkisManager to Service mode, modify LinkisManager to request ECM to start EC and directly transmit EngineConnLaunchRequest to reduce RPC requests 合并ECP和LinkisManager服务，修改LinkisManager的调用为Service模式，修改LinkisManager请求ECM启动EC直接传EngineConnLaunchRequest，减少RPC请求
