Steps to reproduce

currently once we need to release a new version, we need to change all version files, we can add the version in common properties.

Expected behavior

we will only need to change the common properties if we want to release a new version

  • hdp-3.1.5
  • hive-2.1.1
  • spark-3.2.1
  • scala-2.12.2
  • jdk 1.8.0_121
  • ....
