[Bug] [LinkisManager] LM startup fails due to non-directories in the EC material directory #4692

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a zip file touch test.zip in the dist directory of the engine Such as: linkis/lib/linkis-engineconn-plugins/spark/dist/test.zip
  2. Restart the LM service
