需求背景
linkis 执行任务时，EC请求linkismanager 获取资源时，若linkismanager 产生异常，假若linkismanager存在多台实例，则需逐一定位，使用起来不是很方便
目标
1.在请求新引擎时，将linkismanager实例信息打印

Requirement background
When Linkis is executing a task and EC requests Linkismanager to obtain resources, if Linkismanager generates an exception and there are multiple instances of Linkismanager, they need to be located one by one, which is not very convenient to use
