Steps to reproduce
Issue One： 1.use hbase engine， 2.Using the user 'dwapp' to submit a task and execute a command. Command：scan 'flink_hbase_src' 3.However, the 'dwapp' user does not have read and write permissions for this table.
Issue Two: linkis-engineconn-plugins\hbase\hbase-core\src\main\resources\linkis-engineconn.properties Add parameters(wds.linkis.engineconn.max.free.time=0) by default. Causing the EC to remain alive continuously, preventing it from being killed or expired as it should be removed

The client encountered an error and exited.
