[Improve][linkis-dist] Optimize the version of spark example jar #5094

This improvement hopes to minimize the user's annoyance , when checking the spark environment on installing the Linkis.

Solutions

Change the version of the spark example jar in checkEnv.sh to , e.g. spark-examples2.12-3.2.1.jar becomes spark-examples.jar.
