Adding sensor tutorials from mynewt-core to mynewt-documentation
Fixing URLs
Fixing image and figure links
Adding nested toctree for sensors and air quality sensor
Fixing links in tutorials.rst
Removing redundant raw html formatting
Cleaning up

Couple of links need to be fixed e.g. the link to "Enabling an Off-Board Sensor in an Existing Application tutorial" in "Changing the Default Configuration for a Sensor" tutorial and "Enabling OIC Sensor Data Monitoring in the sensors_test Application".
