Add new FAQ, update the link for reducing code size #28

Added a new FAQ for using newt manager with Adafruit nRF52DK. Formatted the Mynewt software questions to match the Administrative questions section, and updated the link to the code size reduction FAQ due to the changes made to mynewt-documentation and mynewt-site.
