changes to tutorials #37

the following changes were made:

Air Quality Sensor:

changed issues with some code not being displayed
formatting improvements

Serial Port:

introduced option to use the built in UART for serial port access directly through the USB port, or pointed them to us RTT console

ADC Sensor:

updated code, configurations, parameters, etc. for use with the nrfx package
formatting improvements, grammar fixes
