Testing blinky with the Arduino Primo resulted in the LED not blinking. The LED_BLINK_PIN was changed from 25 to 20. Changing it back fixed the blinky application. This could be due to an updated version of Primo, though Primo and Primo core are now retired. Left a note in the tutorial in case others run into the same issue.
