I noticed unpredictable newt build behavior on Windows (not tested on Linux or Mac) command:

newt build dialog_da1469x-dk-pro-display_test

when execute several times one by one:

sometimes (not often) noticed that there is nothing to build and finishes quickly
rebuilds every file and finishes
tries to rebuild everything and fails on files from packages which should not be built at all

Can't reproduce any more, could be some file system problem
