try to use fluido skin instead of our.

resync org.codehaus groupId to org.apache.netbeans.utilities in the doc.

activate issues of the plugin.

code changes look good to me on first glance

yes but topbar will not be there (the big logo part), make only left menu. The netbeans-webskin is cool but needs a lots of checks.

Once I will use asciidoc plugin to replace apt by adoc to be more in sync with main website technology
