Error Executing Maven #7510

What happened

I am currentrly self-studying Spring Boot and Im stuck because my NetBeans 17 and Netbeans 12 both give me an error of "Error Executing Maven", Please help I have been on YouTube looking for solutions but to no aid because no on has has the same error as mine.

I am new to Spring Boot so I don't have an in-depth idea of what I'm exactly doing wrong I added the settings/xml file to the project and I have set the path but I still get an error of "Error Executing Maven" it's like it can't even run because In even tried to create a Maven Java project from scratch instead of importing the one I got from start.io but still get the same exact error.

It so frustrating getting an error but don't have an idea why that could be I hope if I find the solution to this it helps everyone else starting out learning IT online on their own.
