No external google fonts and bump gem versions #77

Summary

Bump the ruby gem versions to make local building easier as well as fix some packaging issues.

Remove the google font external dependency that fails the Whimsy check:

This is including the CI fix here: https://github.com/apache/incubator-nuttx-website/pull/76

Impact

Whimsy check should pass.

Testing

CI builds site.
