Work in progress for accepting whisk host name parameter. @bjustin-ibm I should probably also rename WHISK_API_HOST to WHISK_EDGE_HOST here as well?

@beemarie Yes, I would change these variable names to better reflect their values - maybe WHISK_EDGE_HOST and WHISK_API_HOST?

This is a companion to https://github.com/apache/incubator-openwhisk/pull/2429. As such, Travis will fail until that PR is merged.
