Add default resource requests #636

Would be nice to have the resource requests be set by default. I imagine there's no one size fits all approach, but it would probably make sense to define at least minimum memory (and CPU?) requests for several of the services.

Looking at my deployment, I see

kafka ranging between 512Mi and 1.2Gi of memory
invoker around 300Mi
controller between 250Mi and 370Mi
zookeeper around 80Mi
couchdb around 300Mi
