Support for external prometheus and grafana #714

There is support for external DB, Kafka etc, but not for Prometheus and grafana! How can we deploy external this helm open whisk with external Prometheus and grafana?

I haven't looked at this but you can follow the same pattern for externalizing couch and kafka. Contributions are welcomed.
