There is an implementation of blackbox action using docker, the cli provides an sdk that user can get a skeleton using wsk sdk install docker and it's documented in Docker Actions producing a dockerSekeleton directory, the content of the directory is not available in open source on github.
It's weird to have docs in this open repo for an sdk that source code is not available here or another repo under the openwhisk organization on Github.
